About your role at Yellow:

The Store Manager will spend a lot of time on the shop floor, working alongside the team, keeping our customers happy and ensuring the store is hitting its targets. They take pride in their team, developing them and leading from the front, as if running their own business.

What you’ll do:

 

Lead and motivate your team, in accordance with Leadership & Company Principles, to work to their full potential every day.

Create an environment where every member of your team can do their best work

Take full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operations of the store

Effectively delegate workload and motivate your team to achieve the store’s key performance indicators

Optimisation of store process through regular process analysis and implementation

Solve problems swiftly to enable your team to focus on their tasks

Identify employee potential and apply specific measures to develop employees

Recruit, train and develop your team

Ensure and provide excellent Customer Service throughout your store

Monitor, manage and improve key performance indicators throughout your store

What you’ll need:

 

A genuine interest in sustainable products and services 

Experience of leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Excellent time-management, delegation and problem-solving skills

A customer-focused manner, prioritising the customer experience at all times

Willingness to be continuously on the go, working alongside your team,

Excellent communication skills so you can provide your colleagues with feedback to help develop themselves and the store

About your role at Yellow:

The post holder will be responsible for executing Yellow’s digital marketing strategy, effectively promoting the available products on the company website. The role will be accountable for Yellow’s performance across all digital marketing platforms including social media channels, SEO, SEM, e-commerce and general management of the company website.

What you’ll do:

To drive the generation of sales on the Yellow retail website.

Effectively manage digital marketing agencies to ensure agreed target delivery.

Deliver compelling marketing content across Yellow social media platforms.

Execute an effective CRM strategy through the patient journey from acquisition to purchase and repurchase.

General Management of companies website for both e-tail and retail branch promotion. 

Assisting with & promoting events.

Assisting in editorial, print and website content proofing. 

 

 

What you’ll need:

Digital marketing qualification, CIM or equivalent (demonstrable experience is acceptable)

Extensive knowledge of Shopify e-commerce platforms

Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a digital marketing role

Demonstrable skills of managing social media channels

Experience in website content management systems (CMS)

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice

Good copy editing/proofing skills, organisational skills and research skills.
